How turnover works
Turnover is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus balance can be withdrawn. The most common calculation on Malaysian platforms is:
Turnover = (Deposit + Bonus) × Multiplier
Take a RM100 deposit as an example:

In this example the smaller-looking 30% bonus actually gives far more theoretical value because its turnover is four times lighter. The 50% bonus gives you more playing time — a good fit if you were planning a long session anyway.
These are long-run averages. The real result of any single session can be very different because of slot volatility.
When does the RM188 bonus cap kick in?
Both bonuses are capped at RM188. That means deposits above a certain amount no longer increase the bonus:

If you deposit RM1,000 with the 50% bonus and x8 turnover, you would need to wager (RM1,000 + RM188) × 8 = RM9,504 for a RM188 bonus. With large deposits, consider whether the bonus is really worth it.

How to claim the welcome bonus

- Select the welcome promotion you want before confirming the deposit. Bonuses usually cannot be added after a deposit is processed.
- Deposit at least RM20 and wait for the bonus to be credited.

- Withdraw once the turnover is complete.
Common bonus rules to know
- One welcome bonus per member. Multiple claims using several accounts, the same phone number or the same bank account are usually treated as bonus abuse.
- Eligible games. Slot bonuses only count when you play slots. Bets on live casino or sports may not count.
- Withdrawing before turnover is complete can void the bonus and any related winnings.
- Expiry. Some promotions have a validity period; check the terms.
