How do I open a MYCS33 account?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact customer service.
Can I sign up with Google or Telegram?
Yes. The registration and login pages offer Google and Telegram options in addition to mobile number sign-up.
Deposits and withdrawals
Which deposit methods are available?

What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum depends on the payment method and is shown on the deposit page. Most current promotions require a minimum deposit of RM20.
How long do deposits take?
FPX and e-wallet deposits are usually credited within minutes of the payment being confirmed. Crypto deposits depend on blockchain confirmations.
How do I withdraw?
Go to the withdrawal section in your account, enter the amount and submit the request. Funds are transferred to the bank account registered in your name.
Why has my withdrawal not been processed yet?
Common reasons include unfinished bonus turnover, bank details that do not match the account name, or a routine security check. Check the status in your account or contact customer service.

Which welcome bonus should I choose?

What is turnover?
The total amount you must bet before a bonus balance can be withdrawn, usually calculated as (deposit + bonus) × multiplier.
How does the daily rebate work?
The 1.8% slot rebate is calculated from your total slot bets and credited automatically every day at 12:00 AM, up to RM1,888, with x2 turnover.
How does the referral programme work?
Share your referral code. You earn 3% commission from direct referrals and 1% from the second tier, paid every Monday, subject to the terms on the promotions page.
Is there a birthday reward?
Yes. VIP members receive a birthday reward of RM30 to RM888 depending on their VIP tier.
